Everything on this website is made to order by me, Sarah the metal artist. Therefor general returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at sarah@sarahsmetal.com.

Cancellations are accepted on non-custom items if the item has not been made.

Any deposits made are non-refundable.
